Do I need a permit?
Under most circumstances a building permit is required. It is each customer’s responsibility to apply for all necessary building permits and make sure that the planned building complies with applicable building codes. Each local municipality has their own building code, so you must check with them to see what the specific requirements are.
Will your buildings meet local building codes?
Yes, all of our buildings are Engineered Certified to meet or exceed all local buildings codes. Plans will be emailed to building permit office after building is purchased.
How long will it take for me to receive my building I ordered?
In stock wood buildings are usually delivered within 1 week based on weather and work load.
Custom orders are usually delivered in 2-4 weeks.

What type of foundation do I need for my building before it is delivered?
We recommend you have a level foundation. Metal Buildings can be set on the ground, rock or cement. Wood Buildings we recommend they sit on cement blocks; the driver can supply this for a small fee.
What do I need to do before my buildings is delivered?
- Clear any obstacles
- Make sure there is plenty of clearance for barn
- Make sure grass is mowed
- Trash piles cleaned up
- Plan a site “B”, incase Site “A” will not work
- Check with your local building inspection office
I am not sure if the building will fit in my back yard, can someone come out and look at the site?
